Dr. Fitzsimmons offers psychoeducational assessment services to children and adolescents, to evaluate learning, attention, memory and executive functioning, as well as potential behavioural and mental health needs. Psychoeducational assessment can help families and schools to better understand a child’s learning and behaviour, can determine if a child meets diagnostic criteria for a condition such as a learning disability, ADHD or an intellectual developmental disorder and provides recommendations for the home and school environment. 

Dr. Fitzsimmons also offers psychoeducational assessments to students attending French school, or enrolled in the French Immersion program.
